Job Description:

  • Prepares correspondence, reports and materials for presentations.
  • Sets, coordinates and assists in the planning and preparation of meetings and business planning.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls and handles them in appropriate manner.
  • Receives, accommodates and screens visitors and clients.
  • Maintains a general filing system and file all correspondence and confidential documents (both hard and electronic copy)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • At least one (1) year working experience in similar function (Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant)
  • Must possess Organizational Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Strong Attention to Detail
