Customer Service & Accounts Management Associate

Job Description:

  • Obtains customers’ information and verifies issues / concerns through phone calls and emails.
  • Provides quick response / resolution to client concern or complaint
  • Identifies and escalates high-level issues / concerns for appropriate action of concerned units.
  • Documents and monitors all resolution/s, in accordance to standard operating procedures.
  • Generates required customer service reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Must have at least 1 year customer service, customer engagement or client management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal  and communication skills
  • Keen on details; highly organized and has a strong sense of urgency
