The Avida Towers New Manila project is about to come to a grand ending with the expected launch of Tower 5 in 2011.
The growing preference of modern day workers to live near their places of work has spurred Avida to aggressively pursue its in-city condominium projects. Thus, the affordable housing subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. will be launching the fifth and last tower in its New Manila development in 2011.
Avida Towers New Manila has been standing strong since it first launched its first tower. Strategically located near the Ortigas and Makati business districts, its continuous sales take-up paved the way for Avida to schedule the launch of the fifth and last tower of the project in 2011. The project is highly accessible to major transport systems, connecting everyone to almost everything they need.
Almost one-fourth of the units had been sold in the lone Quezon City development of Avida. The project is popular among Metro Manila residents who work in Quezon City or have children enrolled at universities and colleges in the Diliman area. The families who moved in appreciated the proximity of the development to the Cubao commercial district, Greenhills shopping center and the Ortigas business district.

Around 96 percent of Avida Towers New Manila's first building, completed in late 2007, had been turned over while that of Tower 2 is 92 percent. Tower 5, which will be located right along Bonny Serrano, is a co-venture of Avida Land with Diamond Motor Corp. Avida Land will lease out commercial units for convenience stores, banks, laundry shops and similar consumer-oriented establishments at the front portion of Avida Towers New Manila compound to serve the basic needs of the residents.
Avida services its residents by helping them organize a homeowners' association, which eventually takes charge of managing the project. In all Avida Towers, Ayala Property Management Corp. (APMC) takes care of day-to-day operations like security and maintenance under the supervision of the homeowners association. Projects managed by APMC, which has decades of experience in property management, are known to have higher rates of appreciation. Various community building activities such as Holy Mass and parties are being celebrated to enrich the living experience of the residents.
Avida Land offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and loft-units in select developments with prices starting at P1.2 million.
